3-Hour Online Educational Intensives

Peter Jamieson is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and educator with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s in Human Kinetics (Coaching Science).  An educator and  high-performance coach, he blends clinical expertise with real-world experience in sport, education, and personal development.  Peter helps adolescents, adults, and parents build resilience, confidence, and life skills that carry them beyond performance into meaningful, balanced living.

Our 3-hour online mental health intensives are designed for adolescents and adults who want focused, meaningful support around stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm — all in a small group setting (6–10 participants).

Unlike regular counselling, these intensives are structured to deliver real insight and skills in a single, concentrated session, making them ideal for those who want action without committing to ongoing counselling.

How the Group Format Works

  • Small groups (6–10 participants) for optimal connection and interaction
  • Structured exercises and discussion — combining education, reflection, and skills practice
  • Online and convienent
  • Confidential, safe space — guided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor
  • Interactive, experiential learning — participants leave with concrete tools, not just theory
  • Cost- the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) recommends a standard rate of $150 per hour for individual counselling. Our 3-hour group intensives are offered at $150 (per person), giving participants the benefit of an extended, clinically informed session at a fraction of the individual rate.
  • Is this covered by insurance - possibly.  Peter is a registered clinical counsellor with the BCACC, check with your insurance provider to see if they cover group therapy.

Topics Include:

  1. Finding Purpose & Meaning in Life
  2. Building Confidence & Self-Belief
  3. Dealing with School Stress & Anxiety
  4. Mental Skills & Mindset for High-Performance
  5. Managing Stress & Pressure in Life
  6. Identity, Self-Worth & Values
  7. Resilience & Coping with Setbacks
  8. Perfectionism & Self-Compassion

When do they take place:

Our 3-hour intensives occur regularly, but sessions are scheduled once a group of 6–10 participants is formed. This allows us to find a time that works best for everyone, ensuring a focused, interactive, and supportive experience. By organizing sessions around participants’ availability, we make it easier to commit fully and get the most out of each intensive.
