Trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm don’t just go away on their own.

I offer online counselling for adults across BC who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

Who This Is For

  This work is for you if:

  • You’ve gone through something difficult—recently or years ago—and it still affects you
  • You feel on edge, shut down, or emotionally numb
  • You avoid things you know you should face
  • You’re functioning on the outside, but internally something feels off
  • You’re dealing with a midlife shift, loss of direction, or growing dissatisfaction


You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

But you do need to be willing to engage honestly.

What You May Be Experiencing

 Many of the people I work with are dealing with:

  • Trauma (single-event or complex, including physical, sexual, emotional, or work-related) 
  • Anxiety that feels constant, intrusive, or hard to control
  • Depression or a loss of energy, motivation, and meaning
  • Emotional numbness—feeling disconnected from yourself or others
  • Patterns of avoidance, withdrawal, or reactivity
     

These aren’t random.

They’re patterns—and they can be understood and changed.

 

My approach is direct, structured, and focused on change. 

  • Evidence-based counselling approaches
  • Trauma-informed work
  • Practical strategies to help you regulate and respond differently
  • Deeper work around meaning, direction, and how you want to live
     

This isn’t just about talking.  We work to:

  • Understand what’s actually driving your patterns
  • Build the ability to regulate your emotional responses
  • Gradually face what you’ve been avoiding
  • Move toward a life that feels more stable, intentional, and aligned
